TMXWholesale.com offers a vast and diverse inventory of used motor vehicles for sale to its registered dealers. It offers a simple, hassle free vehicle buying experience.

How do I get started?

The first step is to become an approved dealer. See “How do I become an approved dealer” below.

What do I do if I’m having issues with the website?

Use the “Contact Us” button on the homepage and complete the form. Your request will then be forwarded to our team for assistance.

How do I register to become an approved dealer?

Simply click the “Buyer Registration” button on the homepage and complete the registration form in its entirety. Once you click the “Register” button you will receive an email confirming your email address. Click the verification link provided in the email to continue with the registration process.

How do I become an approved dealer and what licenses do I need?

Register on the TMXWholesale.com website and meet all criteria for qualification.

You will need the following licenses:

-Valid dealer’s license for the state(s) in which you are authorized to conduct business.

-Valid driver’s license

How long does the registration process take?

Applications are processed in the order they are received. Processing time may vary depending on the volume of applications and the accuracy of the registration documents submitted. Typical turnaround time is 24-48 business hours.

How do I receive login information?

Log-in information is created at the time of registration. An email confirmation will be sent once your registration has been approved.

What if I forget my password?

Select the “Change Password” link in the middle of the homepage.

How do I bid on a vehicle I would like to purchase?

First, you must register to become an approved dealer, and then you can start browsing through the diverse inventory of vehicles. Once you locate a vehicle for which you wish to bid, simply fill in the desired bid amount, click “make an offer,” and confirm the bid amount.

Where are the vehicles located?

The location of each vehicle can be found in the details section of each vehicle listing. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they are only making offers on vehicles from the city in which they want to purchase or pick up.

Can I inspect a vehicle I am interested in?

Yes. Please click the details tab located above the vehicle picture and you will see contact information for whom you can direct your questions or arrange to inspect the vehicle.

Can I cancel or lower a bid after I submit it?

No. You cannot cancel a bid or lower your bid at any time after you submit it. Once a bid is submitted, it is final. Once the bidding period closes, the highest bidder wins the vehicle.

How long is the bidding period for TMXWholesale.com?

The bidding period for each vehicle will remain open for 72 hours after the vehicle is listed on TMXWholesale.com. If the required number of bids are not received, the bidding period can be extended for 24 hour increments until the requisite number of bids have been received.

How do I know if I am the winning bidder?

If you are the highest bidder at the close of the bidding period, you will be notified via email. The email will contain your submitted bid amount and instructions on making arrangements to pay and pick up the vehicle.

How long after I receive the email confirmation notifying me that I am the winning bidder before I have to pay?

We expect payment within 48 business hours after you have received the email notifying you that you are the winning bidder.

How do I pay for my vehicle?

You may pay for the vehicle via cash, certified cashier’s check, money order, or debit card.

Does TMXWholesale.com deliver?

No. The winning bidder is responsible for arranging his/her own vehicle transport.

How long do I have to pick up my vehicle?

The winning bidder has five (5) days from the time he/she is notified that he/she has won the vehicle to pick up the vehicle from its location. If the vehicle is not picked up within the required bidding period, the dealer runs the risk of losing the vehicle as well as having bidding permissions revoked.

Will I receive confirmation of my payment for the vehicle?

Payment must be made in person to the store that holds the vehicle title. Once payment has been received, you will receive a bill of sale along with the vehicle title and lien release.

Who do I contact if I have issues with payment and/or pickup of the vehicle?

Buyers should contact the store that is listed in the winning bid confirmation email for any questions or concerns regarding the vehicle.
